Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual or couple, focusing on deeper insight, meaningful progress, and lasting change, whether you’re local to St. Petersburg or San Antonio. I provide telehealth therapy for clients in Tampa Bay, including Tampa and St. Petersburg, as well as clients throughout Texas.

All coaching and therapy sessions are delivered via Zoom for your convenience and privacy. This allows for flexible scheduling and a comfortable, secure space to do deep work, wherever you are.

Optional 20-minute individual check-ins for each partner to reflect and align on next steps
